Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field required

10+ years of progressive experience in corporate benefits, Total Rewards, or benefits consulting, including leadership experience in a large, complex organization.

Strong expertise in U.S. health and welfare benefits;

Demonstrated experience with healthcare claims, utilization, actuarial analysis, financial modeling, and benefits cost management.

Proven success managing vendors, procurement, negotiations, contracts, and service performance.

Experience with benefits technology, HRIS/payroll interfaces, eligibility and enrollment, and process improvement.

Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, IRS, Department of Labor, and other applicable benefits regulations.

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Background check

Advanced degree or Benefits/Total Rewards certification preferred.

Experience with large, self-insured health plans strongly preferred.

Experience supporting union and non-union populations strongly preferred.

Salary: $140,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year

10+ years of Human Resources Business Partner Experience.

5+ years of experience as both HR Manager and/or HR Generalist in a production facility or distribution center environment.

Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, Investigation Skills, HR technical knowledge in EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, and worker's compensation.

Labor negotiations/union experience through handling mediation/arbitration/grievance processes.

Demonstrated experience in change management, including successful leadership during acquisitions or start-up initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and effective integration of new processes and systems.

BS/BA Degree with a focus in HR, Business, Organizational Communication, or Industrial Psychology preferred.

Master's Degree preferred in HR, Business, Organizational Communication, or Industrial Psychology field.

PHR or SPHR through HRCI/SHRM certification strongly preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
