High School diploma/GED
1+ year of demonstrated experience with the operation of manual and computer-controlled punching, cutting, forming machines, or press brakes.
Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as scales and calipers.
Basic knowledge of machine controls and programs.
Ability to read blueprints
Basic computer skills with the ability to review and respond to requests via internal applications.
Basic math skills with the ability to calculate quantities, weights, and measurements.
Ability and willingness to follow Health Safety & Environment procedures accurately, reporting concerns promptly to the safety action team.
Flexibility to work overtime when required and as scheduled by management
Frequent lifting of items ranging in weight from 5 lbs. to 50 lbs.
Occasional walking moderate distances
Frequent carrying of items ranging in weight from 5 lbs. to 25 lbs.
Occasional use of electric hand truck to move parts a moderate distance.
Frequent bending and crouching required to perform a variety of tasks.
Continuous full range of motion from above the shoulders to below the knees.
Continuous handling of parts ranging in weight from 5 lbs. to 50 lbs., along with a variety of hand-tools.
