Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive finance or accounting operations experience, including direct ownership of Accounts Payable and leadership of a multi-location team.
Deep ERP experience; Oracle Cloud or other large ERP required.
Proven track record stabilizing underperforming functions and leading operational and systems transformation.
Strong working capital and cash-flow management expertise.
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams through change and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience and comfort using AI tools as part of everyday work, such as analysis, reporting, and process automation.
