Starting Pay: Blender Level I $19.75/hr.

A shift differential is offered for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities.

The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance.

Wear safety glasses, hair net, ear protection and smock at all times in the production/warehouse area of the plant.

Occasionally bend/stoop, squat, twist, push/pull, kneel and crouch.

Occasionally reach above shoulder level.

Occasionally climb to a height of approximately ten (10) feet.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Full Time

Must be experienced in paratransit dispatch.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Familiarity with paratransit operations and ADA requirements

Knowledge of Trapeze required

Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

Sit, type, and look at a computer for extended periods (up to 6–9 hours per day)

Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level

Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
