We are providing a $1,000, $3,000, or $5,000 retention bonus for every new hire starting as a Maintenance Tech I, II, or III at the Itasca, IL facility.

50% after 90 days of employment.

50% after 180 days of employment.

Starting Pay: Maintenance Technician I $29.70/hr, Maintenace Technician II $33.60, Maintenance Technician III $35.20 and a shift differential is offered for 2nd shift opportunities.

2nd Shift

May be required to work weekend and night hours to fill in as needed.

Must provide their own tools.

Has completed or is working on a 2-year trades degree and/or 4 years of plant maintenance experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be 18 years of age.

Able to read, write and speak English.

Welding and fabrication

Full understanding of 3 Phase electrical

Three phase motor controls.

Troubleshoot AC & DC drives.

Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

May be required to work weekend and night hours to fill in as needed.

3+ years of professional automotive repair experience

General automotive maintenance and repair experience
