What You'll Do
Provide phone and email support to homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients
Troubleshoot sauna and steam equipment, installation conditions, and site-specific challenges
Guide customers step-by-step through practical, real-world solutions
Learn how our products are wired, assembled, plumbed, and installed
Collaborate with internal technical experts to resolve more complex issues
Hands-on customer support role focused on helping customers troubleshoot and complete real-world sauna and steam projects
This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy working through real-world challenges and are looking for an opportunity to build specialized knowledge in a growing, hands-on industry
You don't need prior sauna or steam experience — we'll teach you that
What matters most is your ability to understand how things work, ask the right questions, and help customers move forward with confidence
In-office work is required for this position, however a remote hybrid schedule is possible
