5-10+ years of experience with Construction Management of large-scale projects

Any experience in data center, critical facility, or mission critical environments

Experience overseeing General Contractor & external vendors

Proficiency in project documentation, quality assurance, and progress reporting

Strong skills in cost tracking, scheduling

Knowledge of design, bidding and construction processes, quality control, costs, risks, schedule and safety to drive project completion on-time and within budget.

Knowledge of construction delivery methods: Design-build, design-bid build, CM-at Risk, and Design Assist.

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment and management.

Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Procore or sim PMIS, Microsoft Outlook and TEAMs, OneNote, etc.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

CCM, PMI or PMP certification preferred, or similar applicable certifications.

120,000.00 – 170,000.00 USD per year

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

7+ years of experience in project management with focus on healthcare construction projects

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

Understanding of healthcare facility operations and compliance requirements

Experience with complex project coordination and stakeholder management

Experience with sustainability and LEED certification in healthcare projects

Experience with occupied healthcare facility construction

Advanced project management certification (PMP, CCM)

Knowledge of healthcare technology systems and integration

Experience mentoring and developing junior project management staff

Understanding of clinical workflow and patient care considerations
