Bachelor's degree

5-7 years of experience in industrial equipment repair or machining, preferably industrial pump/rotating equipment OR equivalent education and experience

Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools

Strong understanding of pump components and repair processes including welding and machining

Proficiency in use of excel and functionality to support data mining and analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (Epicor or equivalent)

Effectively documents underperforming suppliers and establishes corrective action plans in accordance with our quality management system, replacing suppliers who fail to meet our standards

Conduct ongoing market research to identify beneficial purchase agreements and potential vendors

Perform vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reduce operating costs and boost efficiency

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.

Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.

Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds

Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

The annual salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $53,000.00 - $92,000.00.
