Have fluent in Spanish, both verbally and in writing (strongly preferred).

Have commercial cleaning, facilities, healthcare, school, dealership, or other service-industry experience (a plus).

Have experience with floor care or specialty cleaning services (a plus).

$38.16 - $59.15

The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

RN role salary range is $36.00-$55.80

Educator Hours: Monday – Friday; Days, evenings and nights coverage required based on department need. Day shift can start as early as 5am, evening shift starts at 3pm and night shift at 11pm. 40 hours per pay period structured as two 8-hour shifts one week and three 8-hour shift the alternate week

RN Hours: Sunday-Saturday; hours based on unit needs; rotating holidays

Bachelor's Degree in nursing required or Diploma Degree in Nursing and Bachelor's Degree in Health-Related Field

Current Professional Nursing Licensure in the State of Illinois

Current nursing specialty certification; if no specialty nursing certification, certification required within one year of assuming role

Current Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and/or Neonatal Resuscitation as applicable to role

At least five years of clinical experience in a medical center, hospital environment or academic setting

Masters Degree in Nursing preferred

Adult learner knowledge and expertise

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Flexibility in work schedule

Able to effectively interact with colleagues and all members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team

Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage in dialogue with diverse healthcare audiences

Commitment to teamwork; ability to work with others to set and accomplish goals through collaboration and coordination

Possesses presentation skills necessary to provide education to audiences

Commitment to continued personal professional development as evidenced by attendance at seminars, conferences, maintaining specialty certification, etc.

Proficiency in a variety of computer programs (Microsoft Office – Word, Power Point, Excel)

Computers and proficiency in virtual meeting platforms

Ability to conduct literature searches to investigate best practices, evidence-based practices, and/or research studies
