Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Sales Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered

2–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, CRM administration, business analysis, or a related support function

Proficiency in Salesforce.com administration and reporting

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting

Working knowledge of sales operations, CRM administration, sales reporting, and pipeline management

Understanding of sales performance metrics, KPIs, forecasting, lead management, and territory administration

Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and reporting best practices

High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders

Strong customer service orientation and ability to support end users effectively

Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work independently on routine assignments while operating under direction from a supervisor

Strong organizational discipline and follow-through on recurring reporting and operational responsibilities

Continuous learning mindset with interest in sales technology, analytics, and process improvement

Ability to collaborate effectively with sales leaders, field teams, Salesforce administrators, and cross-functional partners

Experience supporting a field sales organization and working with CRM or sales technology platforms preferred

Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, workflow automation, and system integrations

SQL, Smartsheet integration, or reporting automation experience is a plus

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' prior work experience, ideally in some of the following fields: Manufacturing, engineering, commodity trading, sourcing, analytics, forecasting, merchandising, product design, category management, consulting, project management

Experience with sourcing software (Coupa, Jaggaer, etc) a plus

Able to interpret complex, large volume and sometimes contradictory data to develop fact-backed insights and strategies

Demonstrated analytic abilities with an emphasis on critical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem solving required

Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross functional team setting to share insights, co-create outputs and iterate with speed

Demonstrated self-starter and ability to semi-independently run analysis to drive to answers

Clear, proactive and collaborative communicator

Can tactfully address issues with internal and external business partners

Demonstrates poise, composure, presence, communication skills and an understanding of key data drivers to establish rapport and respect with negotiation partners

Experience developing creative solutions that provide win-win outcomes in difficult or ambiguous situations

Skilled in coordinating timelines and project managing across multiple simultaneous projects

Prior exposure to manufacturing, sourcing, product development desired

Possess a positive attitude with a bias towards action

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with a passion for discovering answers and insights

Preferably has previous experience using reporting tools such as Alteryx and Power BI

Able to collaborate with cross functional teams including Cat Management, Finance, Domestic Merchants, Import Merchants, Pricing

Experience with evaluating bid scenarios, calculate cost savings and profit margin impacts (via analytics tools such as eRFx, Alteryx, Power BI, Excel)

Bachelor's degree or graduate degree preferred

Required Skills

Ability to to quickly read, interpret and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income and cash flow statements, and proforma data to produce a professional written analysis.

Manage a portfolio of accounts including setting credit limits, order release, and working with past due retailers to develop solutions and payment plans as needed.

Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic, well organized and able to perform with limited supervision in order to work effectively within various deadlines and time constraints.

Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient with SAP or equivalent ERP system, MS Office Suite, database queries and reporting.

A four year business degree (preferably in Finance, Economics or Accounting)

Familiarity with business and credit laws and prior experience working with legal contracts.
