Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in quality management or systems integration.

Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality (CMQ), or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor preferred.

Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or CMMI standards

Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is a significant plus.

8+ years of experience in cost management, project controls, construction analytics, or advisory roles supporting large capital projects.

2+ years of people management experience (direct reports) and/or demonstrated experience leading and developing others in a team environment.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is required (data modeling, DAX, and Power Query/M).

Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, dataflows, semantic layer design) and working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure/Fabric/Snowflake).

Exposure to data governance, version control, or metadata management.

Strong Excel skills for data manipulation, validation, and analysis.

Metal forming and steel processing knowledge.

Proficiency with Microsoft office suite and similar computer programs.

Must have working knowledge of various industry specifications.

Familiarity with Automotive quality requirements; APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, etc.

Proficiency in various test methods used and the subsequent analysis of samples and test results.

Blueprint reading and GD&T; knowledge.

Familiarity with Statistical Process Control and the use of statistical analysis software (i.e. MINITAB).

Must be computer literate and able to work with programs such as Word, Excel, etc., and be able to learn and use HP programs such as e-mail, ERP system, etc.

Must be able to safely lift and load 50lbs.
