Extensive commercial construction experience, including several years leading large, complex projects as a Superintendent or General Superintendent.

Proven ability to oversee multiple scopes of work, including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical trades.

Demonstrated experience in subcontractor management, manpower planning, and project logistics.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and shop drawings.

Experience utilizing Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software for project planning and scheduling.

Willingness and ability to travel nationally based on project needs.

Experience in mission critical or data center construction projects, strongly preferred.

$24.86 per hour

Bonus: Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.

Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year.

2nd shift (3:00PM - 11:00PM)

Overtime on short notice, both during the week and weekends.

High school diploma/GED.

Lifting up to 45 pounds.

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Prior experience as a machine operator or assistant

Ability and willingness to work overtime on short notice, both during the week and weekends.

Ability to work in manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures based on season, around machinery, and heavy forklift traffic.

Experience in a packaging environment.

Experience in folding/gluing machine work.

Prior experience working as a crewmember on a machine crew.

Starting salary for position: $28.25 per hour

Bonus: Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.

Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
