Bachelor's degree in Curriculum, Learning & Development or related field
4-8 years of curriculum development experience
Proficient in instructional design and curriculum development processes
Virtual training content development experience
Demonstrated facilitation skills
Knowledgeable in sound assessment practices included performance-based assessment, job-embedded assessment, e-Learning assessment theory and formative/summative assessment theory
Participatory and distributed leadership style that builds strength, collective wisdom and servant-first principles when working across all stakeholder groups
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills with retailers, vendor partners, field staff, and Corporate
Ability to develop and deliver instructor-led training, both in-person and virtual
Ability to effectively communicate project priorities and develop multiple curriculum projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills that demonstrate an ability to apply logical thinking to gather and analyze information, design and test solutions to problems, formulate plans and meet deadlines
Excellent software skills including e-learning technologies including Articulate, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, online meeting/training software including Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Travel: Up to 15%
