Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
2 - 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in machining, assembly, welding, or industrial manufacturing environments.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and manufacturing best practices.
Experience collaborating with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
