Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, occupational health or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing hazardous chemical storage, transportation or disposal programs
Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Department of Transportation, International Maritime Dangerous Goods and Environmental Protection Agency requirements
Experience with safety incident management systems, reporting and data governance
Ability to develop reports, dashboards, scorecards and trend analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non technical audiences
Ability to interpret regulations and develop scalable implementation plans
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability and willingness to travel up to 30 percent
