High school diploma or technical degree/certificate.
5+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and basic GD&T.;
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Comfortable performing hands-on inspections throughout the day.
Experience inspecting machined components.
Experience with injection molded plastic parts.
Understanding of go/no-go gauge applications.
Familiarity with first article and incoming inspection processes.
Exposure to supplier quality or overseas manufacturing environments.
