Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Material Sciences, Mechanical Engineering
3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
Understanding of project management with strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and understanding of MS Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understanding of health and safety procedures
Ability to work independently
This individual would be responsible for the manufacturing process and procedures, handling equipment requirements and specifications, including the evaluation and review of the liquid coating process
The Manufacturing Engineer is an integral part of the engineering team
This is an opportunity to lead cross-functional projects including coordinating design requirements, evaluating appropriate processing methods, and ensuring capability with manufacturing equipment
Location: New Britain, CT
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
