High proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management platforms such as Procore, PlanGrid, Smartsheet, or similar systems.
Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to anticipate risk, escalate issues with proposed solutions, and maintain accountability for project outcomes.
