3-7 years of experience in commercial construction, commercial property maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field.
Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building systems.
Experience supporting multiple commercial properties or locations.
The ability to perform the physical requirements of the position safely and effectively is essential.
Requires accurate hand-eye coordination, finger dexterity, and sufficient hand strength to grasp, lift, push, and pull.
Requires frequent climbing, twisting, bending, squatting, and kneeling, including for extended periods.
May lift and carry parts and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to safely ascend and descend ladders and/or scaffolding.
Must be comfortable working around and operating in areas with heavy equipment and machinery.
Must be able to work safely in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions.
