Minimum three years of recent experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with minimum one year of recent experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Fulfillment, and the IAM domain within an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) managed services context
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Information Technology or a related field is required
Clear understanding of IAM processes, controls, and systems, notably SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues within prescribed timelines, maintaining service levels and restoring normal operations

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college lor university in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline; certifications in relevant IDM tools a plus
Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, identity and access management (IDM) processes, and security controls within managed services environments
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear, professional client?facing materials
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical and engagement information to diverse audiences
