Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Proficient in spreadsheets and data analysis; comfortable working with outputs from ERP/WMS/TMS and shipment visibility tools to build KPI reporting and insights.

Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and work on a computer; occasional lifting may be required.

Experience coordinating transportation planning/execution and/or carrier performance management (scorecards, QBR support, corrective actions).

Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (replenishment planning, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, claims/damages, Distributor/Customs) and common system transactions.

Exposure to S&OP;/S&OE; operating models and/or distributor operations forums; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) and structured problem-solving is a plus.
