Four-year college degree or equivalent to college degree.
7 - 10 years of experience in quality administration.
Must have working knowledge of various industry specifications.
Familiarity with Automotive quality requirements; APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, etc.
Proficiency in various test methods used and the subsequent analysis of samples and test results.
Blueprint reading and GD&T; knowledge.
Familiarity with Statistical Process Control and the use of statistical analysis software (i.e. MINITAB).
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Must be computer literate and able to work with programs such as Word, Excel, etc., and be able to learn and use HP programs such as e-mail, ERP system, etc.
Must be able to safely lift and load 50lbs.
The employee must also be able to work outside in a variety of conditions.
Candidates must be able to tolerate any climate, must be flexible with shift and hours.
