8+ years of OSP fiber construction and/or project management experience

Strong background managing large-scale fiber infrastructure projects

Knowledge of underground and aerial OSP construction

Experience with permitting and ROW processes

Understanding of fiber splicing, testing, and network turn-up

Experience managing contractors, budgets, schedules, and CAPEX

Ability to read OSP designs, GIS/KMZ maps, construction drawings, and as-builts

Comfortable working in an outside construction environment

Experience supporting hyperscalers, data centers, or large carrier networks preferred

Target Base Salary Range: $120,300 - $180,000

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in quality management or systems integration.

Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality (CMQ), or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor preferred.

Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or CMMI standards

Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is a significant plus.
