Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm, on call rotation required

Graduate of an approved Surgical Technologist school or minimum 3 years' experience as a Surgical Technologist

Current CPR certification required.

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) highly preferred

$2460 per week.

Rotating Saturday work.

Required call rotation for holidays.

On-call: Mon-Fri 530-930PM; Saturday (start time dependent on site) ends at 930PM; Sunday 7AM-930PM.

Shifts per Week: 5

12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

Completion of 2-year ultrasound program.

Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required

Proof of identification required

RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification RVS

BLS (Basic Life Support)

2+ years of clinical experience highly preferred.

$37.25 - $57.74

The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

7:00pm – 7:00am (4-5 weekends in a 6 week period) and rotating holiday track

Registered Nurse

Associate Degree or higher in Nursing * If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021) * _Current incumbents with an RN Diploma are grandfathered_ OR * RN Diploma Nurse if position start date is prior to September 1, 2021

Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure

Current CPR Certification issued by the American Heart Association

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of start date in position

Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) within in 6 months of start date in position

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing

1 year of bedside inpatient nursing experience in an acute care setting,_**highly preferred**_
