Process orders accurately and maintain organized, up-to-date CRM records
Support lead management and pipeline development through ongoing nurturing and follow-up
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals (revenue, conversion, or activity-based)
Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone and a consultative selling style
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
