$7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Earn an annual base salary ranging from **$95,500 - $158,400** based on market compensation analysis and experience.

Eligible for FT Clinician Incentive Plan in support of leaving no patient behind which includes monthly (uncapped) and year end (up to $25K) incentive opportunities. In 2025, the average payout from this plan was $1,500 per month and $7,500 at year end, totaling $25,500 annually.

Sunday – Saturday from 8 am – 7 pm

Monday – Friday from 8:00 to 5:30

Nurse Practitioner

Master's Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure

Current NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority as needed

AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty

Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification

Able to travel up to 15% of the time (including overnight travel) to additional locations as needed

Valid state driver's license for the state of residence

Automobile insurance coverage requiring for the state of residence (or ability to obtain)

**Bodily Injury:** $100,000 per person/$300,000 per incident

**Property Damage:** $50,000

**Collision and comprehensive deductibles:** $1,000 or less

Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software

1 year of NP experience preferred

Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP) with an active state license or Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA) with an active state license

2+ years of experience in urgent care, family medicine, or emergency care

Skilled in urgent care procedures

Active BLS certification required or must be obtained within defined onboarding period
