Must have the ability to become company-certified in overhead crane usage. Company cranes are controlled remotely from the ground.
Exhibits adequate verbal communication skills.
Assist with drilling, tapping, and reaming operations under guidance.
Assist with tube insertion tasks as directed.
Perform basic part cleaning and preparation using hand tools and portable grinders.
Requires the ability to set, adjust and secure tooling using various hand tools and measuring instruments.
Support tube preparation and cleaning for tube-to-tube-sheet welding.

Install simple moving parts (e.g., bearings, fan blades) and verify free movement.
Maintain 5S standards, including tool organization and work-area cleanliness.
Follow safety procedures and work instructions at all times.

Position parts manually or with lifting equipment after training.

Production Associate I is responsible for performing basic mechanical assembly tasks under close supervision. This role focuses on learning core assembly processes, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting senior assemblers as needed.
