High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
1+ years Aviation, manufacturing, or quality inspection experience
1+ years years of dimensional and visual inspection experience on aviation-related equipment, components, or assemblies
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and technical documentation
Proficiency using precision measuring and inspection equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheet management
Ability to accurately document, evaluate, and communicate inspection results
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to visually inspect parts and maintain focus while evaluating product quality and compliance
This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements.
