Ability to read and understand work instructions, shipping paperwork, and production documentation.
Basic mechanical aptitude and technical skills required.
Must be able to successfully follow directions and adhere to all safety and work instructions.

Must be able to safely operate PIVs (Powered Industrial Vehicles i.e. fork trucks, pallet jacks and walk behind stackers), industrial wrappers and jib hoists
Be able to safely load and unload trucks.
Follow established work instructions and standard operating procedures to maintain product quality and consistency.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to consistently identify products and product defects
Maintain work areas, tools, and materials in a clean and organized condition and return materials to designated locations after use.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines and participate in continuous improvement, quality, safety, and waste reduction initiatives.
Report immediately to their supervisor any injury, unsafe act or condition, or any failure or impending failure of plant equipment.
Perform all "5S" Daily Requirements and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, labels, and production instructions.
Complete all required paperwork, documentation, record keeping and inventory accurately and legibly
Communicate immediately any unsafe conditions or non-conforming raw materials or products
Ability to gather necessary products and materials accurately for all customer orders assigned to them
Must be able to assemble valves using mechanical assembly methods and/or solvent welding processes.
