2+ years of prior experience with visual, airflow, and dimensional inspections of aerospace / gas turbine components required

20/20 vision (natural or corrected) required with ability to pass annual vision test as required

Lift, push and/or pull up to thirty-five pounds regularly

Stand at least 50% of scheduled shift

Experience working in a Quality System certified to ISO9001, AS9100, or Nadcap a plus

Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment, aerospace industry preferred

Industry-leading 25% night shift differential

First & Second Shift

Days start between 5 and 6 AM - 10-hour shifts

Nights kick off at 5 PM

Monday through Friday at 8 or 10 hours

Monday through Thursday at 10 or 12 hours

Part-time basis - days or nights

A high school diploma or GED is required.

You'll also need to pass a vision exam (Jaeger 1 at 12" with corrective lenses and the Ishihara Color Blindness Test), administered annually.

Two years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment - ideally aerospace or defense - puts you ahead of the pack.

Familiarity with Statistical Process Control data collection is a strong plus.

Level /Pay for this position will be commensurate with experience and education.

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Operate a variety of computer numeric control (CNC)

Check accuracy of work using precision measuring instruments

Must be able to handle large and heavy parts using overhead cranes and other material handling equipment

Walking, standing, lifting, stooping, reaching

Physical demand to make setups and perform machining operations

Some lifting of various weights, both assisted and unassisted

Must know G-Code

Must be authorized to work in the US
