Must be a US citizen.
High school diploma required.
Training in Lean Enterprise tools.
Training/certification in ISO 9001, AS9100, TS 16949 or related international standard(s).
Computer skills, related software, and knowledge of quality processes required.
Minimum 5 years' experience in quality related work in a government/aerospace manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Strong understanding of GD&T; principles.
Proven participation and success in the area of Lean, Six-Sigma and Continuous Improvement.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in effectively providing appropriate feedback to engineering, source inspectors, management and customers.
Proven problem-solving skills, and ability to establish an effective course of action.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress.
Proven ability to facilitate team activities, with an understanding of group dynamics.
Minimum of 5 years' defense manufacturing quality experience.
