High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting meeting rooms, conference services, event setup, or audio-visual operations.
Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting AV equipment including projectors, flat screens, microphones, speakers, and conferencing systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience supporting conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent physical activity including walking, stair climbing, setup, and breakdown of meeting furniture.
