Bachelor's Degree. * Nine (9) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirements.

Five (5) years of relevant experience

Master's Degree

Leadership experience in K12, especially in roles related to supporting partnership programs with higher education, especially those similar to the Early IT initiative.

Experience with State of Ohio high school graduation requirements, college credit plus requirements, and other requirements related to partnership with higher education.

Experience working with school districts, especially in curriculum development and implementation of new partnerships with higher education.

Experience working with multiple organizations such as regional consortiums.

Experience supporting the UC Early IT program.

Experience supervising team members

Experience in academic advising, students' success, program assessment, or other related area

Understanding of the administrative functions, academic programs, and requirements of a university

Proficient in Office Applications such as (Exchange, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
