Experience with ANSI J-STD-001, AS9100, and ANSI Y14.5

Experience with SolidEdge and Minitab

Experience with 6sig, 8D, CostPoint, TipQA, GD&T;

6 years or more of work experience related to the fabrication or assembly of close tolerance mechanical, electronic, or electro-mechanical piece parts.

8 years or more with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).

The expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year.

This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.

This full-time position

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required

8+ years of experience in engineering and maintenance functions.

Experience in industrial project execution, line transfers, capital equipment implementation, and production ramp-up within a fast-paced environment

Proven leadership and management experience within a manufacturing environment.

A Master's Degree is preferred.

Experience applying Lean Manufacturing methodologies; certification is a plus.

Project management experience, PMP a plus
