High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of three years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience on both manual and CNC machines
Solid mechanical knowledge of bearings, ball screws, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulic systems, and lubrication systems
Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow basic electrical schematics with confidence
Proficiency with digital voltmeters and oscilloscopes for electrical troubleshooting
Familiarity with CNC controls - Siemens, Fanuc, and Heidenhain - and the ability to use control diagnostics effectively
Knowledge of axis feedback systems including inductosyn, resolver, encoder, and linear scales
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when urgent maintenance needs arise
