Manufacturing Engineer

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year.

This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

3+ years of experience in CNC machining and programming

Knowledge of turning centers (2-5 axis) and milling machines (3-5 axis)

Strong understanding of G-code, feeds and speeds, and tool selection

Proficient with CAM software (Espirit (Preferred), Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or similar).

Ability work with tight tolerances in a high-precision environment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability work independently and as part of a team

Technical certification or associate degree preferred

U.S. Citizenship

Strong CNC machining experience, preferably on lathes (CNC mill experience also considered)

Engineering aptitude and ability to interface effectively with engineers

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

Working knowledge of GD&T;

Hands-on CNC setup experience, including machine zeroing, tool setup, part location, and offsets

Working knowledge of G-code

Experience with three-axis CNC equipment

Mastercam experience

CNC lathe experience over mill-only experience

Four-axis CNC exposure

Experience translating engineering requirements into practical machining processes

Salary Information: $ 76,200.00 - 85,000.00 per year

U.S. Person

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, Electrical or Mechanical preferred

Four (4) to Six (6) years of related experience in applications engineering, technical sales support or related engineering roles

Experience supporting pre-sales activities, cost estimation, and proposal development

Ability to translate technical requirements into system plans and documentation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to customer and engineering challenges

Effective communication skills for presenting to customers and working across cross-functional teams

Ability to travel to customer sites as needed for technical support and implementation activities

Commitment to continuous learning, technical skill development and collaborative teamwork

Excellent organization, communication (written and oral) and presentation skills

Capable of coordinating multiple responsibilities

Knowledge of basic engineering processes and procedures and experience in a highly regulated industry

Attention to detail is a must
