High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience

Ability to read and comprehend technical documents, blueprints, and assembly instructions

Manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts and tools with precision

Basic math and measurement skills

Ability and willingness to work in environments where explosive materials are present

Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance, if required

Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 32 pounds

Prolonged periods standing or sitting performing repetitive tasks

Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment where explosives and hazardous materials are present

Ability to lift and move up to 32 pounds

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Pre-employment substance abuse testing and background checks, where permitted by law

Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens

Applicants who accept a conditional offer of employment may be subject to government security investigation(s) and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Prior experience in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly

Proficiency in hand soldering of electronic components

Certification in IPC J-STD-001 (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies) or equivalent industry standard

Familiarity with defense industry standards and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)

Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., ITAR/EAR compliance)

Earn a minimum of $22 an hour!

Annual Pay for Performance structure.

Opportunity for Overtime pay

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22.50 - $25.00 per hour.

This position is eligible for overtime pay and may also include premium pay or differentials, depending on location.

Valid driver's license

Basic computer skills

Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

An annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check

A successfully completed DOT Physical

CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start

The associate must be able to work safely at heights using applicable ladders and elevated working platforms.

The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg. This position also requires the ability to push/pull truck tires on a regular basis that exceed 100 pounds.
