At least 1 year of enterprise ServiceNow administration experience.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Hands-on experience configuring and supporting the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment.
Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance.
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Request Management.
Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM), CMDB, Service Portfolio/Project Portfolio Management (SPM), and Security Operations (SecOps) modules.
Working knowledge of Agile and Kanban methodologies.
Understanding of ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow.
Experience working in a large enterprise or complex corporate environment.
Background supporting multiple ServiceNow modules beyond core ITSM, such as ITAM, CMDB, SPM, or SecOps.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including engineers, process owners, and business stakeholders.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow configurations and workflows.
