High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of modern office equipment (phone systems, laptops, sound equipment, etc.), modern office practices and procedures. Knowledge of style/format of business correspondence, punctuation, and general English usage.
Work in a regular office environment. Have word processing skills; database skills, ability to maintain database; and general office experience. Competency and practical experience in basic computer issues and desktop publishing.
Writing, editing and proofreading skills to prepare a variety of correspondence, reports and written procedures.
Must possess valid California Driver's License to drive a County or University vehicle.
Ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule as needed
Proof of liability damage insurance on vehicle used is required.
