Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License
Proven background in construction, carpentry, siding, or a related field with expertise in measuring and cutting materials. Experience with steel or aluminum exterior materials is highly preferred.
Absolute proficiency in the safe operation of various hand and power tools for structural installations.
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formats.
Ownership of a reliable truck and basic tools necessary for daily field operations. Will need basic hand tools, levels, drills, etc.
Physical capacity to lift 50+ pounds and work comfortably in confined spaces or prolonged periods of bending and climbing, in various weather conditions for year round work.
High level of accountability and the ability to work autonomously with extreme attention to detail.
Ability to drive to projects and work out of town on occasion as needed. Most work is local, some is 1-3 hours away, and a few projects may require overnights due to distance.
