Minimum Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum three (3) years of experience in quality
Minimum one (1) year experience as a manager of people
Position requires technical knowledge of entire valve manufacturing process including maintenance needs and quality systems.
Must have working knowledge of SPC, CIT teams, Champion team, and TPM/5S teams.
Knowledge of customer requirements, procedures, standards and product application.
Quality discipline knowledge including: sampling techniques, cost of quality, experimental design, SPC, audit systems, corrective actions and engineering activities.
