Proven experience as a Motor Grade Crew Foreman in the heavy civil construction industry.
Strong background in motor grading, earthwork, site development, and finish grading.
Experience leading and supervising grading crews in the field.
Knowledge of construction and grading techniques.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, grades, and project specifications.
Proficiency with motor graders and grading operations.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a crew.
Commitment to safety and the ability to enforce safety protocols and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites as required.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Completion and clearance of a pre-employment physical examination.
