Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, specifications, shop orders, instructions, sketches, and schematic diagrams.
Comfort performing electrical and assembly-related tasks using standard tools and test equipment.
Must be flexible with OT.
Flexibility to train on 1st shift and then transfer to 3rd shift, with the ability to work overtime as needed.
