Bachelor's degree in Engineering Field (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering).
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role or related field.
Experience in managing and leading large projects within a manufacturing facility
Proven track record in the Coaching & Development of subordinates.
Thorough understanding and practical application of lean manufacturing principles including 7 Waste, 6S, TAKT time, SMED, Standard Work and Flow.
Working knowledge of Fabrication & Weld/Fit processes, metal forming processes and associated equipment.
Advanced knowledge of best-in-class assembly operations, part presentation and material flow; Advanced knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes.
Ability to own and manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines; Certified project management skills preferred.
Experience entering data and pulling reports from an ERP system (ERPLX preferred).
Strong computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and working knowledge of 3D modeling software, such as Auto-Cad.
