Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Civil Engineering Technology or Drafting or education combined with experience that provides comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities
Minimum 2 years' experience in the civil design profession
Able to read and interpret civil engineering construction documents
Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Proficiency in writing technical correspondence
Aptitude for effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and colleagues
Ability to apply common sense understanding to follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
