Be currently pursuing a High School Diploma or GED with a focus in HVAC
Be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week on average over the course of a year
Have operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with handheld devices such as a smartphone or iPad
Provide their own transportation to and from jobsites or specified work locations
Possess a valid driver's license with no major or frequent traffic violations, including but not limited to:DUIHit and RunLicense SuspensionReckless or Careless DrivingMultiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions within the previous 3 years
Be a high school senior and at least 17 years of age
Must wear a seat belt while riding in a company vehicle
Must be able to wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harnesses, and safety boots
Must be able to twist the trunk of the body 90 degrees in each direction
Must be able to squat and touch the floor with both hands
Must be able to reach hands overhead
Must be able to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods, routinely up to 4 hours
This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands and fingers, as well as walking, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
May occasionally lift and/or move more than 40 lbs. with special approval
Must be able to safely use a ladder with a 375 lb. total weight limit while wearing equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to maneuver in access areas as small as 30 inches vertical by 45 inches horizontal
Must be able to comfortably and routinely access rooftops using extension and/or fixed ladders at heights of 15 to 20 feet, and occasionally up to 50+ feet
