2-4 years prior experience in a fast-paced business logistics and/or supply chain function

Sound knowledge of business principles, processes and concepts related to manufacturing, service and distribution facilities, including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), customer service and demand/supply planning. 3-4 years functional knowledge in one of these areas.

Proficient in Google Suite, Smartsheets and Microsoft Office applications, Mobile Applications or Power BI.

Experience writing and deploying Scripts (specifically Google App Scripts).

Deep understanding of API Integration processes and working with interfaces between programs.

Strong experience designing and executing Functional Testing and UAT.

Experience using proprietary and/or off-the-shelf planning/optimization programs

Participated in multiple knowledge transfer sessions with a variety of teams

Created training documents and the facilitation of training among multiple areas.

Experience in the development and facilitation of training material for deployment to new hires and existing associates, using a variety of instructional techniques or formats (such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, etc.)

4 Year Business degree required; business logistics or supply chain management degree

The annual salary for this position is $62,899 per year.

Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Biochemistry or Chemistry plus two (2) years of experience in a related position.

Preparing and applying liquid coating products utilizing spectrophotometers, including Xrite MA68, Xrite MA98, BYKMAC1, and MacBeth coloreye for color measurements

Product development and quality control by performing paint sample tests, operating lab equipment, and troubleshooting issues

Maintaining laboratory instruments

Preparing tests solutions and compounds pre reagents to conduct tests

Any experience with or knowledge of: (i) panel testing techniques, including Tukon hardness, Pencil hardness, Cross Hatch Adhesion, Pop & Sag evaluation, destructive testing, impact testing, and crater testing; (ii) GMP/GLP requirements, safety requirements, test methods, and SOPs; (iii) QC tool data lookup or similar; (iv) continuous improvement techniques including formula optimization process and problem solving process; and (v) continuous improvement events including Kaizen workshops

$22.52 - $28.89 per Hour

High school diploma or GED required

2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications, including GD&T;

Proficiency with precision measurement tools and inspection techniques

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without a sponsorship for employment visa status (e.e. H1B status).

Associate degree or technical certification in a related field preferred

ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or Certified Quality Technician (CQT)

Experience in defense, ballistic, or regulated manufacturing

Familiarity with ISO 9001 and DCMA requirements

Working knowledge of ERP/MES/QMS systems

Basic knowledge of root cause tools (5 Why, 8D, Fishbone)

Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
