Four-year technical degree in industrial, mechanical, or quality engineering, or 2 years quality experience

Must have hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems and testing methodologies

Able to read and understand automotive drawings

Familiar with systems and product audit techniques

Must be familiar with automotive PPAP, APQP, SPC, PFMEA (Core Tools) requirements

Familiar with inspection gage/tool design and certification techniques

Familiar with IATF 16949 Quality System requirements
