Current board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant
Current active, unrestricted state licensure to practice as a FNP or a PA
5 years work experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse or a Physician Assistant
2 years experience managing teams
Clinical practice knowledge
Patient care delivery and work design knowledge
Understanding of health care financing
Strategic management
• Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current
National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in
the Advanced Practice Nurse role
• Or in select states, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or
other health-related Master's Degree or equivalent experience together with
Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current National
Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the role
