High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Strong computer proficiency, including intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.

Proven ability to manipulate, analyze, and troubleshoot large amounts of data with extreme attention to detail.

Prior hands-on experience utilizing SAP, specifically customer master data or financial applications.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an office environment handling customer-facing or internal support activities.

Salary Range: $80k - $85k

2-4 years prior experience in a fast-paced business logistics and/or supply chain function

Sound knowledge of business principles, processes and concepts related to manufacturing, service and distribution facilities, including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), customer service and demand/supply planning. 3-4 years functional knowledge in one of these areas.

Proficient in Google Suite, Smartsheets and Microsoft Office applications, Mobile Applications or Power BI.

Experience writing and deploying Scripts (specifically Google App Scripts).

Deep understanding of API Integration processes and working with interfaces between programs.

Strong experience designing and executing Functional Testing and UAT.

Experience using proprietary and/or off-the-shelf planning/optimization programs

Participated in multiple knowledge transfer sessions with a variety of teams

Created training documents and the facilitation of training among multiple areas.

Experience in the development and facilitation of training material for deployment to new hires and existing associates, using a variety of instructional techniques or formats (such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, etc.)

4 Year Business degree required; business logistics or supply chain management degree
